Brad Arneson, R.M.T

Brad has been a Registered Massage Therapist for three years, and a Certified Personal Trainer for over twelve. He helps people maintain, and restore proper body posture through massage, exercise, and body awareness.

By using different massage techniques, Brad works at restoring postural balance by realigning the body’s soft tissue, which helps to restore joint health, and an increase in range of motion.

As a Personal Trainer, Brad teaches proper body mechanics that are reinforced with functional strengthening exercises that help to prevent injuries from occurring while performing every day activities.
